“We Care” services provide features and services to you when you visit or order services from the “We Care” Application. By using the “We Care” Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account.

If you do not agree to these Terms and conditions, then you may not use the application.

“We Care” Application reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You agree that each visit you make to the Application shall be subject to the then-current Terms and Conditions, and continued use of the application now or following modifications in these Terms and Conditions confirms that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by such modifications.

The terms and conditions set forth below are regarding User’s access to “We Care” Application to be acquainted with and to use all information, and e-services available therein, and process such data and carry out all other related services.

User may access “We Care” Application to be acquainted with and to use available services, taking into consideration that the e-services in the application cannot be accessed unless User enters User’s personal data.

User acknowledges that data and information that User enters in such sections is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your profile. User undertakes full liability for all provided data and information to access the portal and use it.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the application. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the application through your Internet connection are aware of these terms. By viewing, using, accessing, browsing, or submitting any content or material on the application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as a binding legal agreement between you and “We Care” Application, without limitation.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

“We Care” application provide their services to the User based on the nature of respective service and include the specific conditions governing the provision of such services.

The purpose of this Application is to provide a simple and convenient service to consumers, linking them services such as cleaning, hosting events and medical care. The online market offers to the users is only providing the ability to search for the necessary service and the service providers are obligated to comply with country local laws, rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to validity of the services provided, security, sale, marketing, safety and user’s data.

Reviews are approved based on the following criteria:

Relevancy: Reviewers must have had an experience with the shop firsthand.

Offensive Language: Profanity, abusive, racist, and hate language is not tolerated in our interactive sections.

Irrelevant Content: Discrimination based on the grounds of religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status or disability.

Conflicts of interest: Competitors are not allowed to post negative reviews. Violation of this might result in permanent removal of the said Review.

 

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with “We Care” Services;

You may use “We Care” Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the “We Care” Services, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the “We Care” Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the “We Care”Software in whole or in part.

 

Use of Third-Party Services. 

When you use the “We Care”Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a …………………

No Reverse Engineering. 

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the “We Care”Software, whether in whole or in part.

Updates.

We may offer automatic or manual updates to the “We Care”Software at any time and without notice to you.

Conflicts. 

In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other third-party terms applicable to any portion of “We Care”Software, such other terms will control as to that portion of the “We Care”Software and to the extent of the conflict.

MEMBERSHIP

To be a member of the Application, first of all it is required that you fill in the registration form.

About the username and password.

You are responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted through your membership. If you know or suspect that someone has knowledge of your password then you should contact us immediately.

You may not use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation to:
Distributing any unlawful, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise objectionable material transmitting material that constitutes a criminal offense, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any laws, regulations or codes of practice.

Damaging, disabling or impairing the operation of this Application or attempting to gain unauthorized access to this Application or to networks connected to it, through hacking, spoofing or other such similar means.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER

During the use of the services of “We Care” Application the User accepts and undertakes:

The information in the registration form is correct; in the conditions that this information is required the member is the only responsible for any loss of service which may arise from any misinformation or inadequate information (ex. forgetting the password); and in these cases, his/her membership may be terminated.

The User is the sole responsible for all personal ideas, opinions, statements set forth by the User while using the services of “We Care” application.

The User shall not change the “We Care” software in any way. And shall not use the Application for illegal purposes, which will commit an infringement on the Application with respect to content and not to use the Application to engage in commercial activities apart from that is provided through the “We Care” services. The User shall not harm or violate the security of the Application, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Application.

The User shall not indemnify “We Care”application for all material and moral losses in the event the User does not comply with the aforementioned articles and “We Care”Application shall not be responsible for any damages which may arise from it.

The User shall not treat or send any messages which are threatening, immoral, racial, contrary to the rules of public morality, harass and/or threaten service providers and contrary to the Laws of Qatar and international agreements.

User may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property, or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or other content. “We Care” reserves the right to remove or edit such content.

The User shall not act in a way affecting the use of services by other users, not to advertise, post, print, sell, distribute, circulate any immoral, inappropriate and unlawful materials and information which may give harm to the names of any people or institutions.

All of the records or materials obtained by using the services of “We Care” Application are within the consent of the user therefore the User shall be absolutely responsible for any damages, loss of information or other losses caused by them in the User’s Mobile, thus the user shall not demand any compensation for any losses arising from the use of the service.

The User himself/herself is responsible for all kinds of acts made under the “username.

The Users must pay the service fee which is notified previously otherwise the services shall not be granted to the Users.

 The User shall not access the services using a third-party’s account/registration without the express consent of the account holder and not to interfere with another person’s use and enjoyment of the Application.

All Users residing within the jurisdiction of Qatar shall be above 18 years of Age and services provided to minors (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Application. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to this Agreement prior to you using the Application.

Credit or Debit cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway applications must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available through “We Care” Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of “We Care” or its content suppliers and protected by State of Qatar and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through “We Care” Service is the exclusive property of “We Care” and protected by Laws of the State of Qatar and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through “We Care” Service are We Care. We Care’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not We Care, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits We Care.

LICENSE AND ACCESS

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by “We Care” or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No, “We Care” Service, nor any part of any “We Care” Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of We Care. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of “We Care” without express written consent. You may not misuse the “We Care” Services. You may use the “We Care” Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by “We Care” terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using “We Care” Service, you agree that applicable laws of the state of Qatar and the terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Qatar. Disputes arising in connection with these Application Terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, “We Care” provides this Application and content and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of this Application or that it will be timely or error-free, and that defects will be corrected, or that the Application or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Subject to the previous paragraph, neither “We Care” directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors shall have any liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages; including without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use this Application. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold We Care, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, agents, officers, directors, or other employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by anyone in connection with your use of the Application, with your submissions, with any alleged infringement of intellectual property or other right of any person or entity relating to the Application, your violation of these Terms of Use, and any other acts or omissions relating to the Application.

APPLICATION POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our application, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

The information, content, products, services, and materials available through the application (whether provided by We Care, you, other users or other affiliates/third parties), including without limitation, orders, submissions, text, photos, graphics, audio files, video, and links disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties for a particular service and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
